Good eating habits are the foundation of health.

The best "diet" for life will be one that balances protein, fruits and vegetables, and good fats in the proper proportions, and one that is high in whole foods and low in processed foods.

The diet should be low (if not eliminated all together) in dairy, sugar and wheat (white rice, white bread, pasta, noodle).
