What is REJURAN®?
Is REJURAN® right for me?
- Heal inflamed skin (e.g. eczema, acne)
- Improve the appearance of facial scars (may need to combine with other treatments like subcision)
- Improve fine lines and wrinkles in difficult-to-treat areas (e.g. under-eyes)
- Stabilize dry and sensitive skin
- Stabilize oily skin
- Keep skin young and healthy
Which areas of the face can REJURAN® treat?
As REJURAN® is injected very superficially into the upper layer of the skin, it is safe to be used on all parts of the face, including areas which are traditionally difficult to treat with other injectables, such as the under-eyes.
At IYAC, the treatment is customised to target your concerns.
What can I expect during and after the procedure?
The administration of a full vial of REJURAN® typically takes 20 minutes. This procedure is performed with local anaesthesia to ensure that the treatment is as comfortable as possible. REJURAN® is injected using a very fine needle, and while you may hardly feel the needle, you may experience a tolerable but quick stinging sensation as REJURAN® is injected into the skin. REJURAN® may also be injected with an injector gun.
The session ends with LED treatment to speed the healing process of the needle marks.
There may be some initial redness, swelling or papules on the treated areas immediately after REJURAN® treatment, but this usually subsides in 24 to 48 hours. You may resume usual activities and apply make-up the next day.

Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant should not receive REJURAN®.
People with bleeding disorders, previous allergic reactions that required hospital treatment, or a history of keloid scarring should also avoid REJURAN®.
If you have had previous facial injections or procedures, do inform our doctors at the initial consult so that they can assess your suitability for Rejuran.
