The skin is first prepped and topical anaesthetic cream is applied. The doctor will choose an appropriate injection method (needle, cannula or injector gun) for your specific needs. The visit ends with LED light therapy to boost the skin’s healing mechanism.

The main difference is how the treatments are delivered and customised:
• Glass Skin Program: This program uses an injector gun or cannula/needle system to deliver the injectables, with the addition of more hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin for extra benefits. The goal is to make your skin smooth, firm, and radiant with minimal discomfort and downtime. The program consists of four sessions, one per month.
• Pro-Ageing Program: This program is tailored to your individual needs. It uses a higher dosage of injectables in each session, targeting specific areas like undereye hollows, crow’s feet, acne scars, or neck concerns. This personalised approach aims for more visible results in targeted areas. The program consists of three sessions, one per month.

What is the downtime like?
PDLLA + HA boasts a reputation for minimal downtime. You may experience some temporary redness, swelling, or bumps right after the treatment, but these typically subside within 24-48 hours. Most patients can resume normal activities the same or the next day, although strenuous exercise should be avoided for 48 hours.
How many treatments do I need? When do I expect to see results?
For optimal skin regeneration, we recommend a course of 3 sessions, spaced one month apart.
For those with sensitive skin or advanced signs of ageing, go for 4 monthly sessions.
Treatment Results:
After the first session, you may notice that the skin feels more hydrated, and experience a slight lifting and tightening effect. Expect subtle improvements.
The results become more visible 1 month after the second session, when pores, fine lines/wrinkles and scars appear softer.
The improvements become even more noticeable with subsequent treatments.
Maintenance:
Schedule a maintenance session every 6 months following your initial treatment course to maintain that healthy and youthful glow.
These maintenance sessions will address new concerns as the skin ages or environmental factors take their toll.
Can PDLLA + HA be combined with other aesthetic treatments?
