To start, 2 sessions 1 month apart are required, with visible results a month after the 2nd injection. And unlike other hyaluronic injectables, it only needs 5 injection points per side of the face/ neck as it flows well across and throughout the layers of the skin.

NON-HYALURONIC:

Certain non-hyaluronic fillers tighten skin and fill in contours by stimulating your body to produce more collagen. These fillers are well-received by patients for their ability to work with your body’s natural processes, providing a gradual and lasting improvement. Collagen-stimulating injectables include:

A hybrid filler containing Poly D-L-Lactic acid (PDLLA), a biocompatible synthetic polymer from the alpha-hydroxy acid family. It is a liquid (not a gel), so you do not see same-day results,but rather results start to appear a month after your initial treatment. Most people need several sessions to achieve their desired look. Results from three sessions, scheduled 1 month apart, can last up to 18 months.

2. HEAT-BASED ENERGY DEVICES

One of the heat-based energy devices used to stimulate collagen production is High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). Ultrasound can lift and tone loose skin as well as minimise fine lines and wrinkles.

Microfocused Ultrasound with Visualisation (MFU-V) from Germany. It is widely used for over a decade, and clinically proven to lift the brow, lower cheeks and tighten the double chin.
